Please Help Haiti if You Haven't Already

It's been hard to blog about beauty matters over the past few days, in light of the tragedy in Haiti. Several of the beauty bloggers decided to blog about Haiti today to encourage you, the readers of our beauty blogs, to make a donation. (I should note that some of the bloggers have been posting for days to help the cause.) We all feel that if we can convince you to buy green nail polish and designer lipsticks and the like, we can encourage you to give money to charity. So here's my plea.

I know many of you have big hearts and I'm sure you've made a donation already. But if you haven't, please try to find a way to give even $5. The people of Haiti will need help for a very long time and their suffering is heartbreaking and almost unfathomable.

You can't be pretty on the outside if you're not pretty on the inside. It's true. I think my company has research on that. (Okay, well that part's a lie. But maybe we should do research on that.)

I've listed several of the beauty bloggers' Haiti posts below. Many of them have very helpful links to charitable organizations if you're unsure of where to donate.

The Lancôme team sends its prayers and sympathy to Miss Whoever You Are, one of our favorite bloggers. Our thoughts are with you and we're very sorry about the pain you and your family are going through right now.

If you'd like to post the names of worthwhile charities or any other message, please do.
