Meet The Lancôme Summer Interns!

I can't believe it's August already. That means our summer interns are only here for a few more weeks, so we wanted to introduce them to the blog readers. If you or someone you know would like to be considered for a Lancôme internship in New York, send a resume and a note about yourself to thelancomeblog@gmail.com. You have to be able to receive college credit in exchange for the internship. Please note, we can't answer all the emails personally! Sorry about that.

We're Looking for College Students to Intern for Us in NYC! Send Us Your Resumes!

Hi, everyone. The Lancome P.R. department in New York City is looking for interns for this summer and for this fall. Any candidate must be a college student who can get credit for his or her internship. We're looking for students who love beauty, fashion, magazines, blogs, social media, etc., and who want to learn about the P.R. business. You'll have to work hard and it's not always glamorous (although sometimes it is!), but I promise you will learn a great deal and gain some great experience. The internship is unpaid, but you'll get plenty of Lancome products to try and we are flexible as to the days and the number of hours you work.



Oh, one other thing. As Emili the Intern would tell you, you need to know who Anna Wintour is.

Are You in the September Winners' Circle? Maybe Today is Your Lucky Lancome Blog Day

Hi, everyone. Gloomy day here in New York, but we're thinking spring because some press samples of our spring 2010 makeup collection just arrived. Very very pretty. We'll give you a sneak peek in the weeks ahead. But in the meantime, here are the winners from some of our September giveaways:

--Eve, you won the Fashion's Night Out t-shirts customized by Madeline the Intern. Madeline goes to school at F.I.T., so she could be a famous fashion designer one day, just fyi.
--Aprill, you won the Model Survival Kit with the aforementioned Absolue cloth masks and a bottle of Bi-Facil, world's best eye makeup remover. (The masks are so good they really deserve their own post!)

We're So Proud! Our Interns Are Blogging

We're thrilled to report that two of our interns, the equally fabulous Louise and Hannah, have launched their own beauty blogs. They're just getting them off the ground, so make sure to stop by, leave a comment or two and become an official "follower."

Hannah's blog is called Makeup As Muse. Hannah loves product and even wants to launch her own makeup collection one day. We're convinced she's going to be the next Bobbi Brown.

Louise's blog is called Eyes Lips Cheeks. (Good name, Louise!) Louise has had several beauty internships (two summers in a row for Lancôme) so she really knows her stuff.

We look forward to following both of your blogs. And we miss you! (Lancôme Intern Power Trio above--Emili, Hannah and Louise! I guess pressure's on Emili to start blogging...)
