Was fortunate enough to get a gig painting faces at a benefit in CT with
Phoenix Entertainment a few weeks ago, and what an incredible experience! I did a series of Venetian masks on the performers ranging from jugglers, to hoopers, to stilt-walkers, to contortionists!
I was one of two face-painters (the other made the costumes as well(!)) The talent in the room was mind-blowing and on top of it they were all a really lovely group of people.
Actually running away with the circus may not be such a bad idea...
